Copy photo of the aftermath of a train boiler explosion. Beneath the image is written "Addis, La c.1950 - Boiler explosion, [sic] A negro attendant went to sleep minding the engine, he woke in time to see the steam gauge moving rapidly higher and jumped. He was not hurt very bad. The engine was not rebuilt. - T&P #277 D9 1/2.5" and "Ed Robinson Collection - C. Banbat photo a retired T&P conductor in Bunkie, La."
