Description
Photograph of a pocket watch belonging to a man killed in the wreck of the Louisiana Limited. The watch face is slightly cracked. Written below the image are "[sic] Watch of J. W. 'Rab' Gorman engineer killed at Cecile La. in the wreck of the 'Louisiana Limited' Marshall, Texas to New Orleans, La. passenger train. The time showen is 11:37 pm the exact time of death. The date was Dec 14 1931 and the location was Cecile, La. at Hutchinson's Spur about 15 miles S. E. of Shreveport La." and "Ed Robinson."
