Description

Photograph of the back side of a pocket watch belonging to a man killed in a train wreck. There is a large dent across the back of the watch, and a faint engraving of a Freemason symbol is visible as well. Written below the image are "[sic] Watch of J. W. 'Rab' Gorman killed at Cecile La in the wreck of the 'Louisiana Limited' T&P overnight passenger train Marshall, Texas to New Orleans La. - Mr Gorman was engineer of #414 D-11 s - Wreck was Dec 14th 1931" and "Ed Robinson."
