Construction of Train Platform in Gouldsboro, Louisiana

Train cars are visible on the tracks in the background. A typed form (Form 815 Rev.--2-14) is below the image and says, "The Texas & Pacific Railway Company, Office of R. J. Dean, Scale Engineer. Fairbanks 50 foot platform, 100 ton capacity type registering beam track scales with dead rails in course of erection at Gouldsboro LA April 1913."
