Photograph of a T&P builders plate from T&P train #223. Visible on the plate are the words "Baldwin Loco Works," the number "11381," and the year "1890." Written below the image are "Waco, Texas Mar 7th 1976 Builders Plate from T&P #223 - [sic] original plate lost this one was a replacement one made by the T&P - J.O.B Johnson Collection" and "D. Watson."
