Description

Certificate of Apprenticeship awarded to Rex A. Lowe by the Texas and Pacific Railway. The certificate reads, "This is to certify that Rex A. Lowe has served his apprenticeship with entire satisfaction to this Company and that he is now a Journeyman of the Machinist Trade. In Witness Whereof we have set our signatures this 21st day of April 1928." Signatures on the certificate read "A P. Prendergast," Mechanical Superintendent, "A ... Chester," General Superintendent, followed by two illegible signatures for General Foreman and Master Mechanic.
