Description
Clipping of a letter written to the NMRA Bulletin by a man named Rick Perry regarding the use of fiberglass as insulation. He was part of the crew who swapped out the fiberglass insulation with asbestos, and wrote to dispute a previous letter to the bulletin about using fiberglass insulation. Written below the clipping is "- NMRA Bulletin Jan 1979."
