Description
Photographs of the front and inside of a menu from the Texas & Pacific Railway. The cover includes an image of a chef cooking over a pot, a T&P logo and a "Texas Centennial Exposition" medallion. The inside of the menu lists various "Club Plate" and dinner options; a page paper-clipped to the right-hand page lists "Special Selections today" for the car. A handwritten note below the images says "T&P Menu - Texas Centennial Year 1936."
