Description

Photographs of the front and insides of a menu from the Texas & Pacific Railway. The cover includes an image of two trains at a station in a city, a covered wagon train, and a "Texas Centennial Exposition" medallion with the dates 1836 - 1936. The second photo shows the inside of the menu lists various "Club Plate" and dinner options; a page paper-clipped to the right-hand page lists "Special Selections today" for the car. The third photo shows "Route of Three Famous Trains" with a map of Texas and Louisiana and a photo of a train engine. A handwritten note below the images says "T&P Menu - Texas Centennial Year 1936."
