Plate Stamped with Texas & Pacific Logo

Wide border comes in 1 3/4" from edge and includes lots more gold Has wide rim stripe followed by a pinstripe followed by a band of tiny red-rimed [sic] leaf shapes. Inside that are golden floral baskets (6) filled with pink roses and tiny blue flowers alternating with 6 hanging medalions [sic] with green stones - all connected by a super-ornate chain of guilt leaves-with-berries and bows with hangs like looping banners framing everything else."
